The view from our room overlooking the city was stunning. The elevators were outdated and noisy, which was distracting. Staff was helpful and friendly, but the cleanliness could use improvement. Easy access to nearby live music and performing arts venues. Would return for the views, but not without a thorough check of the room first.

The view from the balcony was stunning and the staff was friendly. Unfortunately, the room cleanliness was lacking with stains and debris. the outlets by the bed didn't work, which is disappointing. Our stay was still enjoyable for the live music nearby, but some updates are needed in the room. Would consider staying again if improvements are made.

The breathtaking views from the dining area were a highlight. Although I encountered some challenges with reservations, the staff, especially Nikki, made my experience enjoyable, turning potential frustrations into memorable moments. A hidden gem in Covington!

I had a great experience exploring the area, as it’s just a short walk to a fantastic strip of restaurants and bars on Main Street, and only about 2 km to landmarks like the National Underground Railroad Freedom Center, Cincinnati Museum Center, and Devou Park, making it perfect for weekend strolls and soaking in the vibrant local culture, plus the hotel features clean rooms, friendly staff, and nice amenities like a beautiful lobby and decent breakfast, but there were some small maintenance issues that could enhance comfort.

Comfortable rooms, comfortable atmosphere with great access to local attractions and a friendly staff that made checking in and out a breeze.
Nothing it was perfect.

The rotating restaurant is a cool experience. The location is perfect; you can stroll to bars and restaurants with ease.
The bathroom cleanliness left much to be desired.

Great location and comfortable beds. Wi-Fi was slow and room cleanliness could improve.

The room had a king-size bed, but it was uncomfortably positioned with the head lower than the feet. Power outlets were loose, making it difficult to keep my CPAP machine plugged in. The cleanliness was a concern; I noticed stains on the sheets and a dirty tub. The small bathroom felt cramped, and the lighting over the vanity was out. Temperature control was adequate, but noise from nearby rooms made it hard to relax. While there was a nice view, the outdated decor and maintenance issues detracted from the overall comfort. A revamp of the rooms is needed.

The view from my third-floor window was surprisingly pleasant, even with a freeway in sight. Proximity to fast food and a charming downtown area made quick meals easy. this hotel has potential for serious improvement. Our room was spacious but reeked of a foul odor masked by an overbearing apple cinnamon scent. Water pressure was a trickle, and the ice dispensers were non-functional. the staff, especially the night manager, went above and beyond to accommodate my son’s birthday. Their attentiveness made our stay memorable despite the facility's shortcomings. This hotel needs a thorough renovation and a reset in customer service standards.

The room had a nice view from the balcony and was quiet, perfect for relaxation after a busy day. Customer service was top, notch, and the room size was spacious, allowing for a comfortable stay. the beds were cozy, ensuring a good night's sleep.
The hotel showed signs of age, with outdated furnishings and cleanliness issues in the bathroom. Check, in was slow and disorganized, with a long wait and canceled reservations.

The staff was super friendly and always ready to help us with anything we needed. Our room was clean and the breakfast in bed was a nice touch thanks to Phyllis, she made waking up easy.
It wasn’t cheap but still reasonable for what we got.

Stunning views from the 17th floor made our anniversary special, especially with a lovely surprise of champagne and strawberries waiting for us. The staff were incredibly accommodating, ready to resolve any issues we faced, like a toilet that wasn’t working perfectly. the room could definitely use some updates—bathrooms felt dated, and my husband found the road noise disruptive at night. Parking was an odd expense, especially without extra security. The hotel's potential is clear; it just needs a little TLC to match its beautiful setting.

Enjoyed breathtaking city views from the revolving restaurant at Eighteen. Loved the riverfront. The Sunday Brunch was delightful! Staying here again for sure.
The dated decor made me feel like I time-traveled back to the 80s.

I was pretty disappointed with my recent stay—especially the check-in process. We had to wait over two hours past the agreed time, and when we finally got to our room, it was musty and outdated, not what I expected at all.

Great view from the room. Check-in was a hassle with unclean rooms.

We hit up the NFL game at Paul Brown Stadium, Bengals almost won, so hype! Our room had balcony views and comfy beds, real chill vibe.
Wish there was a cool rooftop bar for young party peeps like us to kick back and vibe after a night out in Covington.

Our family had a blast heading to the NFL game at the nearby stadium, home of the Super Bowl runners-up Bengals! The energy was amazing, and the kids were in awe of the experience.
My wife says that more family-friendly activities would be great.

Great city/water view from 17th floor. Pleasant and caring staff. Nice and spacious room. Free breakfast offered. Amazing food at 18 restaurant. Close to main street with lots of bars and restaurants.
Felt truly spoilt, no reason to complain.

Gorgeous views from the top floor restaurant, delectable food, and attentive service made my stay memorable. However, the room temperature was difficult to control. I'll recommend this hotel.

the room was nice and clean, and the location was close to a good restaurant. the staff should have told us about the nearby newport mall - that would've been cool. the bed was super comfortable.
Strongly recommend.

The first room I got was a bit disappointing. There were bits of debris on the floor, and the refrigerator wasn't working. And to top it off, there was a missing curtain pull rod. Definitely not what I expected from a hotel like this. they quickly moved me to another room, which was a bit better. But here's the thing - there were only four hangers in the closet and a weird stain in the tub. The desk chair in the room looked worn out too. Housekeeping seemed a bit off since they tried to clean my room way earlier than I expected. the staff was effective, even though not very friendly. The room was moderately clean, but definitely needed some maintenance work. The beds were okay, but the wifi barely worked. And don't even get me started on the toilet seat - it was the wrong size and style, which was a bit weird. One good thing was that they provided a small piece of paper for the dash parking, but that was a minor inconvenience after a long road trip. my experience at the Radisson was okay, but I definitely think they need to step up their game in terms of room maintenance and cleanliness. It's the little things that can make a big difference in making guests feel comfortable.

Our stay at the hotel was fantastic! The room was spacious, clean, and had an amazing view of Cincinnati. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making us feel right at home. The pool was warm and inviting, and we enjoyed the revolving restaurant with its stunning views. we had a great time and felt connected with nature during our stay.
The small bathroom that needed some updates.

stayed at radisson in a prime location with a beautiful city view. the evening skyline of cincinnati is amazing when everything is lit up. the front desk receptionist was helpful and the elderly lady at breakfast was sweet. the location is convenient for visiting bb riverboats, newport on the levee, and restaurants. the lobby is stunning.
Nothing, all was good ❤️
